Yes. Every item we sell is brand new in its sealed original box. We don't sell used or refurbished devices.

Our prices follow exchange rates and stock, which change every day. Your quote confirms the price for your order.

Yes. Models marked Pre-order in the shop can go on your quote list. We confirm how many we can supply and the ship date in your quote.

No. We only sell wholesale. The minimum is 6 pieces for iPhone and iPad and 3 pieces for MacBook and accessories, and orders go up in those steps (6, 12, 18 … or 3, 6, 9 …).

Yes. Each line, meaning one model, colour and storage, is ordered in its set size: 6 for iPhone and iPad, 3 for MacBook and accessories.

Every Apple part number ends in a code for the market it was made for. It matters because some features differ:

• J/A, Japan: the camera shutter sound can't be turned off.
• ZP/A, Hong Kong: iPhone takes two physical SIM cards.
• B/A, United Kingdom: MacBook has a UK keyboard and plug.
• LL/A, United States: iPhone is eSIM only; MacBook has a US keyboard.

Card payments cost 4 to 5% in fees. Wholesale margins are too small to absorb that, so we take bank wire and crypto instead, and that keeps your price lower.

Yes. Choose your currency at the top of any page and prices on the site change to it, using daily exchange rates. We agree the currency of your invoice with you.

Most orders ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS. Some go by EMS. Every shipment is tracked.

No, shipping is charged on top of the item price. On bulk orders we cover shipping and import duty for you. We confirm the order size that qualifies in your quote.

It depends on where you are and how fast customs clears the parcel. Express couriers usually deliver within a few working days of shipping. You get the tracking number as soon as your order ships.
